Q: How does BHA Pianocenter deliver pianos around the USA?

A: We have 3-teams of professional piano movers---one team delivers to the east coast, one down south and the last delivers out west. We do not use trucking companies or multiple companies passing your piano from one truck to another. We professionally deliver and set up the grand piano in your home. I GUARANTEE WE HAVE THE FINEST PIANO DELIVERY MOVERS IN THE BUSINESS! We have delivered over 500 grand pianos in all 48 continental states without one problem.

Q: How does BHA PianoCenter take care of their 5 year parts and 5 year labor warranty along with the free tuning in the home after the piano has been delivered?

A: We contact the Piano Technicians Guild in Kansas City, Kansas
(913-432-9975) and locate the Chapter President in the customers area. We arrange for the free tuning with the Chapter President -in other words, the customer receives the finest piano service by one of the finest piano technicians in their area ---all free of charge.

Q: How can I be sure that the grand piano is as nice as you say it is?

A: I encourage my customers to call the Piano Technicians Guild at
913-432-9975 and hire a local independent tuner/technician in the Dayton area and have him/her give you an honest and thorough evaluation of the piano of interest.

BHA has successfully sold and delivered 400 plus grand pianos all over the USA and only uses the finest delivery people and registered piano technicians for service. We truly have not had one customer request a return.

We have the highest rating in the Better Business Bureau and have not had one complaint in over 20 years as they don't go back any further. We also have a 100% rating on ebay.

Q: Why does BHA not accept credit cards in full on a piano?

A: BHA sells their pianos at such discounted low prices (because we can) that we cannot manage to pay Visa or MasterCard the 3% they charge on purchases. On a $10,000 piano, that would be a $300 charge.

Q: How are BHA's prices so much better than the competitors?

A: BHA has been in business since 1949 and has paid off their building in full. They also rent out to many other business's such as Cricket Wireless, BHA Billiards and Enterprise Rent-A-Car. They also pay for all of their pianos with cash so they do not have any pianos on finance sitting on our floor.
